HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY TREATMENT?
To help minimize bruising or bleeding from injections, a little preparation goes a long way. Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and fish oil for about a week beforehand, and skip alcohol for 48 hours. While some swelling or bruising is always possible and varies by person, with the right precautions many patients leave looking like they haven’t had anything done at all.
HOW DO I KNOW I'LL STILL LOOK NATURAL
My approach is about enhancing, not altering. I use small, precise amounts in the right places to restore balance and harmony—never chasing trends or overfilling. Each treatment is tailored to your unique features so you still look like you, just more rested and refreshed.
I always say, "You get to drive with me." As I inject, I show you how subtle changes make an impact, and you have a say in the finishing touches. That way, you see what I see, and we make sure your concerns in the mirror are truly addressed.
WHAT’S THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FILLERS AND BIOSTIMULATORS?
Dermal fillers are wonderful because they give instant results. They are made of hyaluronic acid.
Biostimulators will actually stimulate collagen to restore the skin's natural volume.
I have many patients who are very fit, but their face may not look as youthful when too much volume is lost.
Sculptra or Hyperdilute Radiesse are wonderful options to make them look restored. It stimulates their own collagen and they don't burn it off with intense work outs, as some people can with filler.
